All About Me

I am going to tell you about myself.  I have lived in Murray County all of my life.  I graduated from Murray County High school in 2000 with honors.  I started college in the Fall after graduation.  I received my associates of Science degree in Education at Dalton State College.  I received my Bachlor's degree in early childhood education in May of 2006.  I finished my Master's degree in August of 2008.  I have a lot of experience in the classroom.  I have done my intership in many schools.  I have been to Valleypoint Elementary School, Brookwood Elementary School, and Eastside Elemenary School during my intership.  I also completed my student teaching at Blue Ridge Elementary in fourth grade.  I have been in many grades including kindergarten, first, second, third, and fourth.
I am looking forward to having your child in my classroom.  I believe that I could learn a lot from your child, and your child could learn a lot from me.  I have always wanted to be a teacher because I love to help children.

Value Promise

My value promise is to help my students be active learners, life-long learners, and independent learners.  I will help them be active learners because it will help them learn easier.  In addition, I will help them be life-long learners because they need to be learning everyday of their life.  I promise that they will be able to take what I teach them and turn it into so much more.  The students will be independent learners.  I will help them learn how to complete their own work.  I will try my best to meet each students' needs with the best of my ability.
